LESLIE BUXBAUM’s writing/directing credits: Grammy award-winning Third Coast Percussion, About Face, House Theatre, Steppenwolf 1700, The Actors Gymnasium, Redmoon, New Victory, PS 122, among others. Since 2011, she’s been a collaborating writer and director with the MacArthur award-winning dance-theater company Lucky Plush Productions, and for a decade was co-founder, co-writer and director with the physical theater company 500 Clown. Both companies have toured widely throughout the US and internationally. Leslie was introduced to the writing-devising process as an actor with NYC’s Elevator Repair Service and is Associate Professor of Practice in Theater and Performance Studies, University of Chicago.
