TaRon Patton returns to Court Theatre where she appeared in Flyin West in 2007. Chicago credits include By the Way, Meet Vera Stark at Goodman Theatre; The Hot l Baltimore at Steppenwolf; and King Hedley II, St James Infirmary, Black Nativity, and Joe Turner’s Come and Gone with Congo Square Theatre. She performed in both the Chicago and New York productions of Steppenwolf Theatre’s The Bluest Eye. Film credits include Of Boys and Men and Stitches, and she has appeared on television in Chicago Fire, A Different World, and the Emmy Award–winning CBS after-school special What About Your Friends. Directing credits include Bulrusher at Congo Square Theatre Company and Saturday Night/Sunday Morning with Prologue Theatre Company at Steppenwolf. She received her MFA from University of California, Los Angeles.
