GARY WINGERT appeared at Court Theatre for the first time in Agamemnon. Chicago credits include The Baron in the Trees, The Great Fire, and 1984 (Lookingglass Theatre); The Odyssey, Pericles, and Finding the Sun (Goodman Theatre); Long Day’s Journey Into Night (The Gift Theatre); Measure for Measure (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); Winesburg, Ohio (About Face Theatre); and The House of Lily (Steppenwolf Theatre). Gary is a member of Artists’ Ensemble Theater in Rockford, IL, where he has appeared in The Importance of Being Earnest, The Gifts of the Magi, and originated the role of Jeeves in Jeeves Intervenes, Jeeves in Bloom, Jeeves Takes a Bow, and Jeeves at Sea. He also appeared at Rockford’s New American Theater in The Grapes of Wrath, Harvey, Big River, and Sylvia. Regionally, Gary has been seen at McCarter Theatre (The White Snake and The Odyssey), Seattle Repertory Theatre (The Odyssey), and The Old Globe (The White Snake).
