ADAM L. MCNATH is Co-Founder of the Jamii Center for Arts & Media, a Black-led creative space in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood operated by Black Alphabet NFP, where he also serves as Executive Director. Jamii anchors 13 years of Black arts and culture programming, including the Black Alphabet Film Festival, presented across seven markets: Chicago, South Florida, Cincinnati, Houston, London, Washington D.C., and Africa. Adam is a Chicago-based filmmaker and cultural producer whose work centers placemaking through Black queer arts history and archival storytelling. He was inducted into the Chicago LGBTQ Hall of Fame in 2025.
