Liz Taylor Joins Court Theatre Staff as Costume Shop Manager
We are delighted to welcome Liz Taylor to Court Theatre as the new Costume Shop Manager.
Liz joins Court following a decade-long tenure on staff at the Goodman Theatre, where she contributed extensively to productions and worked as a freelance tailor specializing in menswear for several Chicago-area theatre companies.
Previously, she has worked at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Weston Playhouse, Huntington Theatre Company, Glimmerglass Opera, and the University of Delaware’s Resident Ensemble Players. She earned her BFA from Boston University, where she double majored in Costume Design and Costume Construction.
Liz’s passion for creating historical garments is a natural fit for Court Theatre’s classical focus, and she looks forward to contributing to the team. Please join us in giving Liz a warm welcome to Court Theatre!
