Court Theatre remains committed to following all government guidelines surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic in order to maintain the safety of our artists, staff, and patrons. To that end, dates and programming are subject to change based on rights acquisition, pandemic conditions, and other developments in order to remain responsive to evolving circumstances. When in-person gatherings resume, we will communicate information about enhanced cleaning and safety protocols to ensure everyone’s safety at Court Theatre.

Late Seating
Latecomers will be asked to wait for an appropriate time to enter the house and will be led to the late seating area by the House Manager.

Running Time
Once a performance begins its run at Court, visit Season & Tickets, then click on the more info link for the production you are attending to find the estimated running time for your production.  For more information, please call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472.

Photography and Video
The use of photography and video of any kind is not permitted inside the auditorium.  You may take pictures in our lobby.

Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost or misplaced, the Box Office will gladly reissue them at no charge.

Court Theatre cannot accommodate children under the age of 5, and our productions are not generally appropriate for children under 8.

House Manager Phone
During performances only, a phone line is answered by the House Manager in case a patron in the theatre must be contacted at (773) 795-7884.

Ticket Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are not available for single ticket purchases. Ticket exchanges are a benefit exclusively available to subscribers. If you are a subscriber, please visit the subscriber guide for details on exchanging tickets. If not, you can turn your single ticket into a subscription and enjoy this benefit by calling (773) 753-4472 or subscribe online.
