Box Office Assistant

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Box Office & Ticketing Software Manager, the Box Office Assistant will provide Court Theatre patrons with efficient and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Ticket sales, working will call during performances.
  • Basic computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Must be able to work 3-4 evening performances a week during productions.
  • Occasional heavy lifting. No more than 20-30lbs.

  • University of Chicago Student (Graduate student OR Undergraduate are ok)
  • Individuals must possess strong communication and listening skills, strong computer proficiency (Ticketing software experience is a plus), a strong ability to work together and build relationships.
  • Number of Hours and scheduled shift start times will vary per week. Pending Performance schedule.
