Process
- Gather a group of 10 or more and pick the performance date that works best
- Call or email Groups Manager Kate Vangeloff with this information at (773) 834-3243 or katev@uchicago.edu. You can also fill out the Group Reservation Form.
- Space for your group will be put on hold and you will receive a nonbinding contract/invoice outlining the performance details and payment schedule.
- Two weeks after receiving the contract, a deposit of 50% will be due. Upon receipt of the deposit, your group members will be assigned seats.
- Two weeks before the performance date, the total will be due. At this point, you can adjust the size of your group as long as it does not fall below the minimum of 10 people.
