KAMAL ANGELO BOLDEN is beyond thrilled to make his Court Theatre debut with his close friend Tracey Bonner while under the direction of the esteemed Ron OJ Parson. Last season, Kamal created the role of Chad Deity in The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity at Victory Gardens Theater and garnered a Black Theater Alliance Award for Best Leading Actor for his work in The Island at Remy Bumppo Theatre.

TRACEY N. BONNER Theatre credits include Off Broadway: Home (Signature Theatre Company); Regional: Radio Golf (Virginia Stage Company), Jitney (The Alliance Theatre), Home (Madison Repertory Theatre); Chicago: Jackie and Me (Chicago Children’s Theatre), Home (Court Theatre), Brothers of the Dust, The Talented Tenth, and Joe Turner’s Come and Gone (BTA Award–Best Play, Congo Square Theatre Company), How the Kanye’ West Was Won and Six Degrees of Reparation (Second City). She holds an MFA from The Theatre School at DePaul University and is an ensemble member of Congo Square Theatre Company.

ASHLEY HONORE is a graduate of Howard University’s Musical Theatre Department and is so excited to be making her Chicago debut in Home at Court Theatre. Before arriving in Chicago she performed in such shows as Wit, Ragtime, The Fantasticks, and Into The Woods. She also toured with the Kennedy Center twice, bringing theatre to children who may have otherwise never had the opportunity to experience it. Ashley thanks her family and friends and wonderful hubby for their constant love and support.
