Exchanges
are available for subscribers only. Your first exchange (per
play) is free; subsequent exchanges will be charged a $2.00 per ticket
fee. An upgrade charge may apply when moving into a more expensive
performance.
- Uncle
Vanya, Flyin' West and Arcadia subscription tickets
may be exchanged beginning November 1.
- Series
subscription tickets may not be exchanged from one production
to another. Flex-Tix may be exchanged from one production to another.

Phone
Call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472. Make sure to have your
tickets in front of you when you call.
By Fax
Tear tickets and fax a photocopy of them to (773) 702-6417 with
a note explaining your exchange request. We will call you to confirm
completion of the exchange.
By Mail
Send tickets with a note explaining your exchange request at
least one week prior to your scheduled performance. Please enclose
a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like your new tickets
mailed to you.
In Person
Bring your tickets to the Box Office and our staff will gladly
assist you.
Or, you may donate your tickets back to the theatre as a tax-deductible
contribution at any time prior to your performance. Call (773) 753-4472.
