GREGORY
ANDERSON (Gus/Augustus Coverly) makes his Court debut with
Arcadia. Chicago credits include Oklahoma! with American
Theater Company, Power and The Best Man with Remy Bumppo, Western
Civilization: The Complete Musical (abridged) with Noble Fool, and
Three Days of Rain with Actors Revolution Theatre. He is a graduate
of Duke University’s Department of Theater Studies.
CASSANDRA
BISSELL (Chloë Coverly) returns to Court having previously
played Ophelia in Hamlet. Other credits: King John, The Tempest,
Richard II, and Short Shakespeare! productions of Romeo and Juliet
and Macbeth (Chicago Shakespeare Theater); Memory House
(Victory Gardens and Actors’ Theatre of Louisville 2005 Humana Festival);
In the Blood and Measure for Measure (Next Theatre);
A Man for All Seasons, Caught in the Net, Proof,
Red Herring and Tom, Dick and Harry (Peninsula Players);
Romeo and Juliet (NEA Shakespeare in American Communities tour.)
Cassandra holds a BA in Gender Studies from the University of Chicago.
BETHANY
CAPUTO’s (Thomasina Coverly) recent Chicago credits include
Jessica in The Merchant of Venice at Chicago Shakespeare Theatre,
The Mamet Festival “Daughters, Sisters, and Mothers”
at the Goodman Theatre, Echo in Eleemosynary at Victory Gardens,
and Annie in the premiere of Transference at the Mercury Theatre.
Other regional credits include the premiere of Shakespeare in Hollywood
at Arena Stage, Miss Y in The Stronger at the Eugene O'Neill
Theatre Center, Maggie in Painting Churches with the Actors’
Ensemble, and she appeared in a documentary about the teachings of Michael
Chekhov produced by the Michael Chekhov Association and partially funded
by the National Endowment of the Arts.
JONATHAN
ELIOT (Jellaby) graduated from the National Theatre School in
Montreal and is now at work on a PhD at the University of Chicago. Acting
credits include After the Harvest, CTV, and Pericles
for Festival of Classics, Demetrius in A Midsummer Night’s Dream
for Canstage, and Harker in Dracula for MTC/Theatre Calgary.
He wrote and acted in the narrative feature Crime Fiction which
had its world premiere at Slamdance this year. He is delighted to be working
with Court Theatre.
MARY
BETH FISHER (Hannah Jarvis) returns to Court where she appeared
in The Glass Menagerie, Travesties, and The Importance
of Being Earnest. Other Chicago credits include: Frank’s
Home, The Clean House, Heartbreak House, Dinner With Friends, The Rose
Tatoo, The Guys, Boy Gets Girl, Spinning Into Butter, Marvin’s Room,
Design for Living, Light Up the Sky, The Night of the Iguana (Goodman),
The Dresser, The Memory of Water (Steppenwolf), Away
(Northlight), Theatre District (About Face), and My Own Stranger
(Writer’s). NY credits include: Frank’s Home (Playwrights
Horizons), Boy Gets Girl (Drama League Honoree, Drama Desk and
Lucille Lortel nominations), The Radical Mystique, By the Sea... (Manhattan
Theatre Club), The Night of the Iguana (Roundabout), and Extremeties
(Westside Arts). Ms. Fisher has worked in regional theatres all over the
country, most recently as Goneril in King Lear at Milwaukee Rep.

RAYMOND
FOX (Ezra Chater) is delighted to return to Court Theatre where
he previously appeared in Henry IV and The Invention of Love.
He recently performed in The Wooden Breeks at Lookingglass Theatre
where he is an ensemble member. Broadway/Off Broadway: Metamorphoses
(Second Stage and Circle in the Square). Regional: Goodman Theatre, Seattle
Rep., Berkeley Rep., Indiana Rep., Meadow Brook Theatre, Kansas City Rep.,
Hartford Stage, McCarter Theatre, Next Theatre, Remy Bumppo, Mark Taper
Forum, Arden Theatre, American Repertory Theatre and Canada’s Stratford
Festival.
KATE
FRY (Lady Croom) is happy to be returning to Court Theatre where
she has performed in The Romance Cycle, My Fair Lady (Jeff award,
After Dark Award), Twelfth Night, Piano, The Learned Ladies, Fair
Ladies at a Game of Poem Cards, The Cherry Orchard, An Ideal Husband,
Tartuffe, The Philadelphia Story, and The Barber of Seville.
Other Chicago productions include work with Chicago Shakespeare (Henry
IV, The Merchant of Venice, The Moliere Comedies, The Taming
of the Shrew, Love’s Labor’s Lost, As You Like It, The Two
Gentlemen of Verona), Apple Tree Theatre (Uncle Vanya, Pygmalion,
Kindertransport, Falsettos), Marriott Theatre (Oliver!, Guys
and Dolls), Candlelight Playhouse, and Roadworks Productions. Regionally,
she has worked at The Mark Taper Forum, the McCarter Theatre Center, Repertory
Theatre of St. Louis, and Streetsigns Productions. She is the recipient
of the Sarah Siddons Chicago’s Leading Lady award. Kate is married
to actor Timothy Edward Kane.
KEITH D. GALLAGHER
(Capt. Brice) comes to Chicago from Catonsville, MD. He trained
at The Theatre School at DePaul University, and was recently seen in Stoppard’s
The Real Thing produced by Remy Bumppo Theatre at Victory Gardens’
Green House (the old building). Keith is thrilled to be making his first
appearance at Court Theatre and hopes that everyone is just as thrilled

GRANT GOODMAN
(Septimus Hodge) is thrilled to make his Court debut with Arcadia.
He most recently appeared in Chicago in The Two Noble Kinsmen
at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. New York credits include: King Lear
and The Iliad (Lincoln Center), Pericles (The Culture
Project), and The Three Sisters (Chekhov Now International Festival),
among others. Regional credits include extensive work with such theatres
as Yale Repertory, PlayMaker’s Rep, The Shakespeare Theatre (DC),
Syracuse Stage, Tennessee Rep, Indiana Repertory Theatre, The Milwaukee
Shakespeare Festival, The Illinois Shakespeare Festival, The Shakespeare
Theatre of New Jersey, The Aquila Theatre Company of London, The Centennial
Theatre Festival, and Stonington Opera among others. Film & Television:
As the World Turns, Sex & the City, Sleepers, and Falling
From Grace. Training: NYU. This summer, Mr. Goodman will appear as
Prince Hal in Henry IV, Parts I & II in San Francisco.
DOMINIC GREEN
(Richard Noakes) is an English actor, who recently moved to Chicago
from London. His theatre credits there include Macbeth and Hamlet
(English Shakespeare Company), Sweet Love Remember’d (The
Globe), The Wind In The Willows (Bristol Old Vic and the West
Yorkshire Playhouse), and The Merchant Of Venice (Kiklos Teatro).
In Chicago, understudy in A Young Lady From Rwanda (Victory Gardens),
Caravaggio (Silk Road), and The Permanent Way (New Leaf).
Television credits include The Bill (Thames TV), New Beginnings
and Dead End (Channel 4).
ERIK HELLMAN
(Valentine Coverly) is thrilled to be making his first appearance
at Court Theatre. Most recent credits include Huck Finn at Steppenwolf,
Feast at Chicago Dramatists, Hatfield and McCoy at the
House, Tartuffe with Remy Bumppo and New Orleans at
the Side Project. Erik has also performed in Chicago with Oak Park Shakespeare
and Off-Broadway with The Mirror Repertory. Erik is a member of DOG: a
theatre company, A Crew of Patches, and Strawdog Theatre Company were
he appeared in Three Sisters (After Dark Award: Best Ensemble),
Impossible Marriage (Jerff Nomination: Best Supporting Actor),
and Puntila and his Man Matti. Erik is a Denver native and a
graduate of Northwestern University.
KEVIN McKILLIP
(Bernard Nightingale) makes his Court debut. His credits include:
The Story at Goodman Theatre; Intimate Apparel and The
Story at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre; Hamlet (title role)
and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Jeff Nomination - Best Supporting
Actor - Puck) at Fist Folio Shakespeare Festival; and Early and Often
and Ghetto (Jeff Award - Best Production) at Famous Door Theatre.
At The Stratford Festival of Canada, he appeared in Troilus and Cressida
and Antony and Cleopatra, and was the recipient of a Tyrone Guthrie
Award. Other Credits include Peninsula Players Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare,
ShawChicago, and American Players Theatre.
