graduate of Columbia University's MFA Directing Program, where
she studied with Anne Bogart and Robert Woodruff and was the recipient
of the 1999-2001 Bingham Fellowship. She is a founding member
of blessed unrest, an NYC-based theatre company.
LENA
BRODERSEN
(Assistant Director) is thrilled to work on this production
at Court Theatre. She is a recent graduate of Bard College where
she studied with JoAnne Akalaitis. Lena assistant directed Wir
Richten Sharf und Herzlich: a history of political German
Cabaret, at the Bad Vilbel Burgfestspiele. Here in Chicago she
has worked as stage crew with Collaboraction, and teaches with
CircEsteem: Chicago’s Youth Circus.
