Subscriber Exchanges
FREE Exchanges are available for subscribers only. Upgrade charges may apply when exchanging for a higher-priced performance and must be paid at the time of exchange. Downgrades are not refundable. Subject to availability.
- Exchanges must be completed prior your scheduled show.
- Tickets are not exchangeable after the performance has begun or has passed.
- Spunk and An Iliad ticket exchanges begin Aug. 1, 2011.
- Invisible Man and Angels in America tickets may be exchanged after Nov. 1, 2011.
- If your show is less than 1 week away, tickets will be held at Box Office.
- Tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another.
By Phone:
Call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472. Make sure you have your tickets in front of you when you call. Please destroy your original tickets upon completion of your exchange.
By Fax:
Tear your tickets and fax a photocopy of them to (773) 702-6417 with a note explaining the exchange request. Box Office will call to confirm.
By Mail:
Send your tickets with a note explaining your exchange request at least one week prior to your scheduled performance.
In Person: Bring your tickets to the Box Office and we’ll gladly assist you.
You may also donate your tickets back as a tax-deductible contribution at any time prior to your performance. Call (773) 753-4472.
