Flex Ticket Information
Flex Tickets allow you to choose your productions, performances, and seats. See one play 5 times, all 5 plays once, or mix and match-whatever is most convenient for you. We'll send you Flex Tix vouchers to exchange for seats to any production you choose. Flex Tix combine maximum flexibility with ticket exchange privileges. You may purchase 2010/11 Season Flex Tix online, or call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472.
Premium Flex-Tix may be redeemed for any performance; Regular Flex-Tix may be redeemed for any performance except Regular Run Saturday evenings and Sunday matinees; Value Flex are valid for Previews only.
- Redemption of Flex-Tix is subject to availability.
- The Comedy of Errors and Home ticket exchanges begin Aug. 1, 2010.
- Play 3 TBA, Orlando, and Porgy and Bess tickets may be exchanged after Nov. 1, 2010.
- Once you have made your Flex-Tix reservations, you may exchange your tickets, but regular subscription ticket exchange policies apply.
By Phone:
Select a performance and call the Box Office at (773) 753-4472 to reserve seats. Bring your Flex vouchers to the theatre to redeem them for tickets before curtain.
By Fax:
Fax your request to (773) 702-6417. Please indicate the production and performance date/time you would like to attend. Our Box Office staff will call you to confirm completion of the reservation. Bring your Flex vouchers to the theatre to redeem them for tickets before curtain.
By Mail:
The Box Office must receive your Flex vouchers at least one week prior to the desired performance date. Include the vouchers and indicate your choice of production, date, and time. Your tickets will be mailed if there are more than five business days before your performance; otherwise, they will be held at the Box Office.
